Sale of Silver and gold

I spoke to Kevin by telephone and interviewed him before I met him. I had talked with some gold buyers but none had any track record that could be verified and the answers I qot were very vague. With Kevin, after the first 20 minutes I was very comfortable with hime and met him to do the transaction. He was very professional, explained as we went along and had the equipment to demonstrate values and was paid cash immediately. MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST CALL but if you don't ask whoever you talk with qualifying questions as to their process and record. Then speak with Kevin and compare the answers. You will be Pleased.

It is such a treat to deal with a company that actually stands behind what they advertise and does it so pleasantly! I checked out the weight of the gold I wanted to sell and how much I would receive for it at local jewelers before I met with Michelle. If it was more convenient for me they would have come to my house! Their measurements agreed with what I had already been told and, as promised, I did receive more from them than I would have from the jewelry stores! Both Michelle and Kevin (who I only spoke to on the phone) were great to deal with. There is absolutely no pressure to sell to them. In fact I left to think about it and met with Michelle again later. She couldn't have been more accommodating. The whole experience was fun. This really is a great company. Thanks!!

A Very Rewarding Experience

Kevin went out of his way to meet up with me (I contacted him pretty last-minute) and upon meeting him, I immediately felt comfortable and knew that there wouldn't be any "seller's remorse" on my end. Kevin was incredibly friendly and personable, and it's clear that full disclosure is important to him.

I absolutely recommend that you contact Kevin if you're thinking about selling precious metals -- that is, unless you're happy getting less than half of what he'd pay (you'd actually be lucky to get half of what Kevin pays by doing the shady and questionable "mail them your gold and wait weeks for your check in the mail" method).

Kevin is amazing!!!

I contacted Kevin so that I could find out how much I could get for an old gold bracelet my grandma had given me. He did not rush me to sell the bracelet, in fact he asked me to shop around and see if I could get full price value for the bracelet before I decided to sell it to a Gold exchanger. He let me know that he will pay the best value in town, but for me to do my research. I did just that, I looked online and even contacted various gold exchangers and pawn shops around town. NO ONE was willing to give me the value that Kevin has quoted. His website Gold Calculator was very handy in helping me out with the gold value, and ultimately helped me decide when to contact Kevin. When the time came, Kevin was very punctual, arrived with all the tools and knowledge and even let me in one some golden secrets :). He is very charming and made me feel very comfortable with the sale. He came prepared and I loved that he knew so much about the business and how it worked. I received exactly what I calculated I would and I felt so happy that I could give away this bracelet to someone so genuine and trustworthy. It was too easy and worry free! I called Victoria Gold yesterday morning and spoke to Kevin right away (nice to speak to a human and not an answering service). His wife Michelle called me and made an appointment for that same afternoon, despite her busy schedule. Michelle was lovely--very warm and friendly and extremely professional--although our appointment didn't last long, I felt satisfied that she studied each piece I brought thoroughly. I walked out with almost double the amount I had hoped to receive, so yes, I am most definitely a satisfied customer and I've already recommended Victoria Gold to a few friends of mine who are looking to make a little extra money. It is obvious that Kevin and Michelle pride themselves on being ethical in a business where that quality is unfortunately all too rare and it is comforting to know that there really are some people you can trust these days.
